Fees & Rebates
Medicare rebates are available for eligible clients with a current referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from their GP. We also accept Eating Disorder Plans (EDPs) and Chronic Condition Management Plans (CCMPs), subject to Medicare eligibility requirements.
The current Medicare rebate for an individual 50-minute consultation is $149.05 with a Clinical Psychologist and $101.55 with a Registered Psychologist.
Our session fees are guided by the APS National Schedule of Recommended Fees 2026–2027. We recognise that everyone's circumstances are different, and reduced fees may be available depending on your financial situation.
GP Referrals
Quiet River accepts GP referrals via email admin@quietriverpsychology.com.
Please send a copy of your patient’s Mental Health Care Plan and referral letter.
Referrals are prioritised on the basis of appointment availability and clinical need.
